Work Permit
Work permits are not obtained until a student is offered a job.  Please print off the application (see link below) and have the employer complete the first part and then the student, parent, and physician (if applicable) must sign.

Once the application is completed, bring the application along with proof of age in the form of a driver's license, learner's permit, birth certificate, or passport to the Superintendent's Office for processing Monday - Friday from 8 a.m. - 1 p.m. or 2 - 4 p.m.
